EZ BH Expenses

End User License Agreement & Terms of Use

EZ BH Expenses ("the Service") is proprietary software operated by EZ BH LLC ("we," "us"). By signing in or using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. License and permitted use

We grant authorized users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service solely for the internal expense-tracking and bookkeeping of EZ BH LLC and its affiliated companies. The Service is not offered to the general public, and no other use is permitted.

2. Accounts

Accounts are created by an administrator. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. We may suspend or remove any account at any time.

3. Third-party services

The Service connects to Plaid Inc. for bank and card data and to Intuit Inc.'s QuickBooks Online API for accounting data. Use of those connections is also governed by the respective provider's terms. When you connect a QuickBooks Online company, you authorize the Service to read its chart of accounts and expense transactions and to update expense categorizations on your behalf; this access can be revoked at any time by disconnecting QuickBooks in the Service or from your Intuit account.

4. Acceptable use

You may not attempt to access data you are not authorized to see, interfere with the operation of the Service, reverse engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

5. Ownership

The Service, its design, and its code are the property of EZ BH LLC. Financial records, receipts, and notes belong to the company they concern.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. It is a bookkeeping aid, not financial, tax, or legal advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EZ BH LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Changes and termination

We may modify the Service or these terms at any time; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. We may terminate access at any time. Sections 5 and 6 survive termination.
